Getting Started

All new members, regardless of their fitness level or athletic background, must attend the CrossFit On-ramp class. During the On-ramp course members will learn CrossFit’s 9 fundamental movements and other supplemental movements.  You will also gain knowledge of our philosophy and workout regimen. We emphasize client safety, building a community and learning terminology.  Upon completion of the On-ramp course you will have the basic understanding of the CrossFit program and be on your way to achieving optimal health and fitness.
